At Full Serenity, we do our best to ensure your orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Full Serenity is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@fullserenity.eu with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.
Delivery details
We offer free delivery on all orders over €50.
For orders under €50, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Please note that during busy periods or due to customs procedures, slight delays may occur.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your experience with Full Serenity.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare and cosmetic products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@fullserenity.eu with your order number and a photo of the item so we can assist you promptly.
